Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG with the order or if the product has a defect. Exchanges can only be done up to 7 days after delivery; please contact us within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED items (this includes ALL rings, anything in custom size options, and all items with initials, as well as ALL non-P2U Jewelry) are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. As long as an item is delivered within a given lead time, we will not refund payment/cancel an order. If you have questions about personalizing a piece or about the availability of an item, please contact hello@P2UJewelry.com BEFORE placing your order. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable. Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise discussed via email.
 

Shipping Policy

Each ring is customized for you - three colors, 11 mantras (and their associated designs) and the size for whichever finger you intend to wear it on. For this reason, please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of order to delivery. P2U Jewelry does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or company observed holidays, including: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
